The certified district results will be used to populate the main draws. Please complete the information below to confirm the students who qualified for the state draws. Only those listed on this form as alternates will be eligible to be substituted into the draws if needed. If no alternate is listed and a player must withdraw, that doubles team will be removed from the draw.
If you need to withdraw a student, please let the TAPPS office know as soon as possible so we can call up the 1st alternate.
Schools may choose to enter one mixed doubles team. Enter your mixed team on two rows with the boy on the first row and the girl on the second row. As a reminder, no student who qualified in a main draw will be eligible to participate in the mixed doubles draws.

Schools must have entered their tennis eligibility roster in TMS (all students must be eligible) prior to the student names appearing for selection. 1A-2A-3A schools have already completed this step. 4A-5A-6A schools may need to complete this step if you did not do so prior to the district tournaments.

Once you have filled out your Entry Form, you will either click Pay Now and pay with a credit card, or Pay Later. If you click Pay Later, go to your COMMUNICATION folder in TMS and there will be an invoice that you can print out and take to your business office.
