Josh Adams, MS, CSCSJosh is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, through the National Strength and Conditioning Association, with extensive experience in performance and strength and conditioning. Josh serves as the Performance Manager at Children’s Health℠ Andrews Institute Sports Performance powered by EXOS and oversees the operations of the sports performance program.
Objectives:

  1. Review current injury and performance trends in youth sports
  2. Discuss spectrum of athletic performance and injury prevention
