The TAPPS 2019-2020 Cheer Championship will be held at the Bell County Expo Center in Belton, Texas, on November 18-19, 2019.
Divisions for 2019-2020 Championship:
- Varsity Spirit Squad (includes Band Chant, Crowd Leading, Fight Song. No stunts, no tosses, no pyramids, no tumbling)
- Varsity Traditional Squad (includes Stunts, Jumps, Tumbling, Pyramids, Tosses, Cheer and Dance)
Other Opportunities at the event:
- Open Division for 2nd teams (will compete both days)
- Individual Jump off and Tumble off (more info later)
- Mascot Contest

New Judges ranges and skill progressions have been created for this year’s competition for the Traditional Squad. Please review on the Cheer section of the TAPPS website, which you can find here.
Schools receiving a Superior rating on execution will receive an award.
