The Head Football Coach role is a full-time position in conjunction with a Teaching Assignment. As an administrator and as a coach, my aim is to help students become the best that they are capable of becoming both individually and collectively. In my programs, I work to create an environment that forges buy-in for great enthusiasm, a lot of hard work, selflessness, and doing so with class. My passionate and competitive disposition, my action and detailed oriented nature, along with my foundational view of developing character through sports has led to a history of creating successful programs and students.
My wife Kelley and I are looking at moving south for some sunshine and we are interested in a full time head varsity boys basketball position and/or an Athletic Director position. Kelley has also been my Assistant Athletic Director for the past 6 years.

Howdy, my name is Darbi Dorrough! I will be graduating in May from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor’s of Science concentrating in Kinesiology, Exercise and Sport Science, and a minor in Coaching. Upon graduation, I would love to make my way into the coaching field, although I have had previous experience. I have helped as an assistant volleyball coach at a private school in East Texas for about 3 years. Additionally, I have club experience. The fall of 2021 – spring of 2022, I worked as an assistant coach for Aggie Elite Volleyball based out of College Station. Hello! My name is Steve Stanley, and I’m currently the Head Football Coach at a Christian School in Florida. My wife and I just had our first child, and we will be relocating to Texas where my wife’s family is so that our daughter can grow up around them. We are moving to the McKinney area, but I am looking to get into a school/program that is anywhere around the Dallas area. We have jobs lined up if need be, but I’m really wanting to continue coaching if possible. I also have championship coordinator experience at the collegiate level, IMG Academy, and other successful programs in Florida. This year as a head coach, we improved the program’s record from 2-8 to 6-4 in our first season. I ideally would love to be within a Christian program, but I am more than open to any opportunity.
