TAPPS announces the election of Brice Helton to Place 7 on the TAPPS Executive Board. Brice serves as the interim head of schools and athletic director at Live Oak Classical School in Waco. He continues his service to our organization having previously served as district president and member of the TAPPS Athletic Executive Committee
