Investigation of Protests or Allegations

  1. DIRECTOR’S INVESTIGATION.  The Director shall investigate each protest or allegation filed that is within the jurisdiction of the TAPPS Executive Board and report all findings to the appropriate committee.
  2. SUBMISSION OF RECORDS. In response to a request by the TAPPS Executive Board, Athletic Executive Committee, Fine Arts Executive Committee, district executive committee, or Director, a member school shall submit its records that are germane to the protest filed or being investigated.
  3. INVESTIGATION BY OTHERS. The dis­trict executive committee, or an ad hoc committee approved by the dis­trict executive committee, may investigate protests or allegations within the district.
