Head Administrators, Fine Art Directors and Athletic Directors,
The TAPPS office is now sending ALL communications through the Rank One system. Therefore it is crucial that all staff not only be entered in Rank One, but ALL positions that each individual holds is indicated. For example, if the athletic director coaches basketball they should also be entered as the Head Coach for Basketball. If an individual is a moderator for art and robotics they should be marked as Program Director for each activity in Rank One. Besides establishing eligibility in TAPPS this is important for communication. Emails and notifications are sent to specific groups and individuals will be missed if not properly entered.
