Athletic Directors:
This year we have moved to using Rank One messaging as our primary means of communicating with our member schools. Please make sure your coaches profiles, with contact information, is current and accurate in your Rank One account. Communications sent are very user specific and if the user profile is not correct important emails may be missed. As changes are made to your staff roster, please update those positions in Rank One as soon as possible. The TAPPS messages will always show up in the Coaches’ Message Center so please check that landing page in Rank One often.
These are the positions that will get the most communications:
- Athletic Director
- Assistant Athletic Director
- Athletic Trainer
- Head Coach – specific to the sport
- Fine Arts Director
- Assistant Fine Arts Director
- Program Director – specific to the activity
- Head of School – you may use this for Principal and President also
