CHECK-IN/OUT and TAPPS Office
Check in at the office in the NFAB Building
Begins at 7:30 am and continues through the day.
Plan on 1 hour before 1st performance to allow time to check-in, find your buildings, warm-up students.
Bring Check or TAPPS will invoice your school.
VOLUNTEER SIGN-UP
For every 5 solos you have, please volunteer for 1 hour as a room/door monitor. Let’s show TCC our great teachers and parents. Sign up for as many spots as possible! On contest day, if any spots are not filled, you should have a chaperone assist your students at the rooms.
CHAPERONES
Please provide us with the name and mobile number of the adult we should contact if an emergency or question arises. 1 chaperone for every 10 students. If you (the director) are not conducting at this meet, you may be counted as a chaperone. Accompanists are NOT considered chaperones since they will be busy, however you are welcome to list their contact info and make a note that they are the accompanist.
