TAPPS Welcomes new Associate Director

The Texas Association of Private and Parochial Schools is pleased to announce that Mr. Steve Prud’homme has been named as Associate Director. His years of experience with high school athletics and the TAPPS organization will bring a wealth of knowledge and we are excited to have his expertise and leadership. Steve will complete the school year at Nolan Catholic High School where he has been the Athletic Director for the past 19 years and has served as the Head coach for the Varsity Men’s basketball team for 25 years. In addition to his lengthy tenure at Nolan Catholic, Steve was the head basketball and baseball coach for his alma mater, Bishop T.K. Gorman High School in Tyler. Steve earned his degree from the University of Dallas, where he played basketball at the collegiate level. His experience in TAPPS leadership roles includes serving as a district president, a member of the Athletic Executive Committee and a member of the Executive Board. We look forward to what the future holds for TAPPS and welcome Steve Prud’homme to the staff.
