The TEAM TENNIS tournaments will be here before we know it and we are putting the finishing touches on our plans. Please take a few minutes to review the following information in preparation for TEAM TENNIS 2025. Registered teams are listed on the landing page. Please check to make sure you are registered if coming and if you are not coming please advise so that we can invite another team if possible. We will release a schedule of match play the first of next week.
Coaches’ Webinar
- TAPPS will be hosting a coaches meeting webinar next week in preparation for the event.
- Date: October 1, 2025
- Time: 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm
- A link will be shared with all registered coaches so check your email later this week.
- If you have questions ahead of time or ones you feel others may need to hear as well, please drop us an email at [email protected]
- A recording of the webinar will be available afterward for all coaches.

- The TAPPS website launched this week and the pages are updated for the current year.

TAPPS Management System
- TAPPS will add TEAM TENNIS to your school profile
- TAPPS will create / add the TEAM TENNIS teams to your school profile
- Coach Information
- Make sure each coach who will attend has created a profile in TMS
- Make sure each coach attending has TEAM TENNIS as one of their activities
- Denote the Head Coach or Assistant coach designation for each coach
- Make sure each coach is eligible to participate in TMS
- Student Information – You will need to
- Create a student eligibility roster for TEAM TENNIS.
- Include all students who will be attending / participating in the tournament (including alternates)
- Make sure all students participating have created a student profile and are eligible to participate
