Students and accompanists should arrive EARLY at their events if possible, especially if your school has multiple entries back-to-back.
CHECK-IN/OUT and TAPPS Office
Treadaway- Guadalupe Chapel.
Begins at 7:30 am (Come prior to your 1st event to allow warm-up and finding your rooms.)
Bring Check or TAPPS will invoice your school
CHECKOUT
Treadaway – Guadalupe Chapel
You may check out as soon as all your entry ratings have been posted. You will get your adjudication forms and awards prior to leaving the meet.
PARKING
Limited space in Parking Lot C for small cars.
ALL BUSSES, VANS, TRAILERS in LOT D. You may drop off near Treadaway, but bus navigation is difficult in that area.
CAMPUS OVERVIEW
Most entries are in Treadaway Hall (building 17).
HOLDING AREA:
Treadaway Hall- Guadalupe Chapel. NO FOOD OR DRINK (unless capped water) IN THE CHAPEL!
FOOD
On campus dining options include Chick-fil-A, the Diamondback Cafe and Subway. Students can also visit Starbucks, the P.O.D. Express, and the University Bookstore for a quick snack or beverage. see flyer for options (prices may have changed).
