District Judge Bio

Sharon Miller


 Sharon Kaye Miller has been an active member of Texas Education Theatre Association throughout her 30 year teaching career in high school theatre arts where she directed over thirty full length plays. As an OAP director she has directed 20 UIL OAPs and competed at the State UIL One Act Play contest five times. She has also directed at the Paramount Theatre in Abilene, Texas and Theatre Arlington in Arlington. As a TTAO certified UIL One Act Play judge she has adjudicated for three years since her retirement from Arlington Martin High School. Having participated in competitive one act play contests since high school, she is a solid believer in the potential for arts education to mold our future professionals in all endeavors to be well rounded and expressive members of society. She is honored to return for her third year as a TAPPS One Act Play judge.
