VOLUNTEER SIGN-UP:
For every 5 solos you have, please volunteer for 1 hour. Let’s show HBU our great teachers and parents. Go to TAPPSter.com, Click Sign-Ups, Click Music Meet- HOUSTON, Sign up for as many spots as possible!
CHAPERONES:
Please enter your chaperones in the TAPPSter meet. Adult name and mobile number required. 1 chaperone for every 10 students. If you (the director) are not conducting at this meet, you may be counted as a chaperone. Accompanist are NOT considered chaperones since they will be busy, however you are welcome to list their contact info on the page and make a note that they are the accompanist. In an emergency or if questions arise and we need to contact an adult with your school, we will start with the names listed on the chaperone list.
SCHEDULE:
In TAPPSter Meets (Vocal, Band, String). Students and accompanist should arrive EARLY at their events if possible especially if your school has multiple entries back-to-back.
Some room assignments have been changed since the original posting of the schedule. Please be sure to check room assignments again.
CHECK-IN/OUT and TAPPS Office:
Cullen Nursing Parlor. (Building 13 on map, 2nd floor)
Begins at 7:30 am and continues through the day.
Plan on 1 hour before 1st performance to allow time to check-in, find your buildings, warm-up students. Bring MEET FEE FORM (TAPPSter meet) and Bring Check
PARKING- NEW INSTRUCTIONS AS OF 3/18
BUSSES, VANS, TRAILERS in the Lot North of Building O (you may drop off, then park)
To get there take 59 to Belin Drive. There is an old Lifeway Christian Store in the lot. There is a walking path to get on campus from there.
Regular cars may park in lot #4, #5

The Baugh Dining Hall is open for lunch from 11 till 2:30. The cost is $7.84 plus tax. If the school collects the money in advance, you may use your tax exempt status. They accept, cash, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. The dining hall is all-you-care-to eat and has a large variety.
