Rebecca C. (Becky) Walters is a graduate of Wharton County Junior College and Stephen F Austin State University and has 38 years of theatre teaching and directing experience. She has directed 35 one act plays from zone to state levels of competition in class 3A, 4A, and 5A. As an avid theatre student in high school, college, and community theatre as an actor, technician, and director, she knows that theatre makes a huge difference in the lives of students and their families. Rebecca believes in the importance of the positive one act play process, and she has found that students that participate in OAP are enriched in theatre for a lifetime. Becky and her husband, Mike Walters, call Richmond, Texas home, and their pride of life are their children:  Joshua, Kelsey, and Keenan Walters.  Theatre and students are Rebecca’s passions, and she loves to connect with students through one act play.
