Judge Biography
Frank Chuter has been active in educational theatre for 20+ years – most recently, serving the students of Kingwood High School from ’06-’17. His students have gone on to have success as theatre professionals and educators. During his time as a theatre director, he competed at all levels of the UIL OAP contest including placing second at state in 2005. He is the co-creator of the highly successful Kingwood High School Summer Musical Theatre Camp. As a director and technical director for 100+ productions in the Houston area, he is thrilled to continue working with the young artists as they seek to discover and grow their unique voices in the world of theatre. Frank is proud to serve as the Director of Fine Arts for New Caney ISD.
