DISTRICT EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE
A District Executive Committee (DEC) is composed of representatives of participant schools competing within an assigned TAPPS playing district. Athletic Districts are formed during the TAPPS biennial realignment. After separating schools by enrollment into classifications, TAPPS divides each classification into competitive districts for each sport based on geography.
