Coaching Football/Track – possibility History

My situation is different.  I have coached in six states, both public and Christian schools, also with experience  as an assistant and head coach.  For 20 years I coached basketball but have mostly focused on football and track – very successfully in “turning around” several programs.  We settled in Nebraska for family reasons a few years ago, but I have a Lifetime teaching certificate in Texas and would like to finish my career back in Texas.  And also would like to be in a Christian school again.  Since I am getting some retirement money now I could work for partial salary to help the budget in a school struggling financially.

As a sidelight I am closing in on Amos Alonzo Stagg’s record for longevity in coaching football and plan to stay active long enough to do that – Only if the Lord allows obviously and, only if I am still contributing.
Along that line, if someone is interested in an older coach like myself to mentor or lead in building a program I would like that. I could stay where I am indefinitely, so this message is good until the right situation is revealed.
