Official Balls for 2020-21

Athletic Directors and Team Sport Head Coaches:

As our attention moves from the Spring of 2020 to the 2020-2021 school year, we have fielded calls regarding the official balls for the varying team sports. The official balls must be used for all contests in which your teams compete including tournaments, non-district, district and post district play.  Please see the link below which outlines the specifics for each activity.

  • Wilson products are the OFFICIAL BALLS for TAPPS competition. 
    • The official ball shall be used for:
      • All home games by TAPPS teams
      • All tournaments hosted by TAPPS schools
      • All district contests
      • All postseason contests
  • The official balls and suppliers can be found HERE
  • Schools which fail to supply the official ball shall be subject to sanctions which shall include but not be limited to monetary penalty.
