Athletic Directors and Swim Coaches:
The winter storm extending across north and central Texas has impacted many of our member schools as they closed or modified instruction for today and Friday. The storm also impacted schools in the Austin / San Antonio corridor. As a result, our host facility for our swim championships must adjust their regional meet schedule for the UIL and our state championships.
We have confirmed our dates for the coming week with NEISD and look forward to our championships with the competition date changes as noted below.
Division I Wednesday February 9 (No change)
Division II Friday February 11 (changed from Tuesday)
Division III Thursday February 10 (changed from Monday)
The time schedules on the posted meet information remain in effect for the meets. We understand the impact of these changes on travel plans and potentially participation, but the winter weather provides us no other viable opportunities at the present time.
