I hope this email finds you enjoying some much deserved and needed rest and relaxation this summer!
With the 2022-2023 year quickly approaching, we want to send out information to help you as you start getting ready for the new year.
If you are willing to serve as a temporary district president, please let me know as soon as possible. This role would only include setting up the time and place and running of your district’s meeting. This meeting is where your district will determine the date and place of your district’s OAP competition. Also, someone will be noted as the district president for the year. Below is an agenda for that district meeting.

District alignments will not be final until all TAPPS Contracts are received on September 1. Please make tentative plans accordingly. Once you have held your district meeting, please let the TAPPS office know who will be serving as your district’s president.
