Entry Deadline

• 2 Boys Singles
• 2 Boys Doubles*
• 2 Girls Singles
• 2 Girls Doubles*

* Same player may be used as the alternate for both doubles entries
* Substitution must be made prior to first match of the tournament

Fees

• $35 per player
• Entry fee covers
  • Cost of balls used in the tournament
  • Rules Official
  • Trainer

Entry Procedure — All entries are to be made in Rank One

• Login to Rank One
• Go to “Athlete Management”
• Select “Manage Roster”
• Select “school” > “sport” (tennis, male or female) > “level” (varsity) > “team”
• Select “View Roster”
• Your roster will populate and the entry tabs will be in the middle above the roster
  • For DOUBLES ENTRIES, select “Create Entries for Teams”
  • Select 2 players for Doubles A, Doubles B, or Alternate
  • Type in seeding information
    • Seeding information includes
      • USTA Rankings
      • UTR Rating
      • Tournament Results 2020-21
      • Dual Results 2020-21
  • Click “SAVE”
  • For an invoice, select “Export to PDF”, then print
  • Select the “BACK” button to take you back to your roster
  • For SINGLES ENTRIES, select “Create Entries for Solo”
  • Select players for Singles A, or Singles B
  • Type in seeding information
    • Seeding information includes
      • USTA Rankings
      • UTR Rating
      • Tournament Results 2020-21
      • Dual Results 2020-21
  • Click “SAVE”
  • For an invoice, select “Export to PDF”, then print
• Once this is done, repeat the process for the other gender
