With the beginning of the fall sports during the continuing pandemic, there have been game cancellations. In order to gather as much information as possible and to document the impact on games we are asking for your assistance.
If your teams lose contests as a result of COVID causing cancellation by either your school or your opponent please complete the form linked below.
