Winter Rosters, Schedules and Scores

Athletic Directors and Coaches: 

As the Fall Seasons begin to wind down and we begin to look towards our winter soccer and basketball seasons, we want to remind you of the importance of keeping up with Rank One in regards to Rosters, Schedules and Game Results.

Rosters:

All basketball and winter soccer rosters need to be complete before your first game. Please make sure that all students participating in the sport are on the roster in Rank One regardless of level of competition (varsity or sub-varsity). All athletes must be eligible (green) before competing in a Varsity contest. As a reminder, students may be added to the eligibility roster at any time over the course of the season.

Building Rosters

Schedules and Game Results:

Your Varsity Schedules need to be entered in Rank One before playing your first game. Schedules and Game Results must be made public and all contests need to be entered. Please use Scrimmage, Tournament, Non-District and District to identify the Game Type. This is vitally important as playoffs are determined by your District results.

As a reminder, scores must be reported in Rank One for all games, including tournaments within 48 hours of the contest.  While this rule is not a new rule, sanctions were approved by the Executive Board beginning with the fall team sports for the 2022-23 school year.

Schools which fail to input scores in a timely manner (48 Hours) shall be subject to the following sanctions:

  • After 1 game in FOOTBALL or 2 games in other TEAM SPORTS:
    • First Offense Warning
    • Second Offense Reprimand to Head Coach / 1 Game Suspension 
    • Additional Offense Penalties shall escalate
