Current sports culture is susceptible to worldly challenges that can eventually deplete directors, administrators, teams, and the overall principles of athletics. That’s why the new Master of Science in Athletics Administration from Concordia University, Nebraska aims to equip athletic leaders with more than just a playbook. Our goal is to meet the growing demand for effective high school and college athletic leaders by offering a degree based on InsideOut Initiative methodology and top-tier NIAAA certifications. We want to equip our future athletic leaders to build their strategies on a foundation of Christian principles that promote mental, physical, and spiritual growth among their school’s athletes, faculty, and community.
