TAPPS is excited to announce that Wes Simmons will be the TAPPSCON24 keynote speaker. Wes has served as the President and CEO of the 3D Institute, since its inception in 2014. Under his leadership, the 3D Coaching message has spread across the country and around the world, impacting hundreds of thousands of people in more than 60 different countries. As a presenter, Wes has spoken to thousands of leaders representing the arts, athletics, business, education, government, healthcare, and the non-profit sectors. Wes has inspired leaders from all walks of life including those in youth sports clubs to college athletic departments and local school districts to National conventions from Florida to California. He resides in St. Joseph, MO, where he lives with his wife Amy and their 4 children.
Title: “Lifecycle of the Dream” Description: A transformative journey that will unravel the profound parallels between the life-cycle of an oak tree and the trajectory of our dreams. The stages of Survival, Stability, Success, and Significance that dreams undergo will be compared to the journey from seed to towering oak. Insightful anecdotes and practical wisdom will help navigate the dream’s evolution, with encouragement not to falter in the face of challenges but to persistently nurture aspirations until they reach the pinnacle of significance.
