Entering Eligibility Rosters in TMS

Athletic Directors and Coaches,

As the summer comes to an end, we need your assistance in entering your student eligibility rosters in TMS for all activities which participate in interscholastic competition in the Fall. The Fall activities include interscholastic competition in Cross Country, Fall Golf, Fall Soccer, Football, Team Tennis, Volleyball and other activities which include competition against other school based teams

Eligibility Rosters may now be entered into the new TAPPS Management System (TMS). Please review the Quick Start Guide linked below which gives a tutorial on creating your rosters in TMS.

Entering Eligibility Rosters in TMS

• Please make sure all students participating in the sport are on your roster in TMS regardless of level of competition (varsity or sub-varsity).
• Make sure they are eligible before competing in any contest (game or scrimmage).
