TAPPS TMS NOTIFICATION PUSH

Athletic Directors,

Tomorrow, all students at TAPPS member schools who have been uploaded into the TMS System will receive the following email notification:

Hi [Student Name],

[School] has you registered in the TAPPS TMS App as a student.  To be eligible to participate in fine arts or athletic activities, you will need to complete the eligibility action items shown in the App Dashboard.

 

In the near future the app will include the schedule, scores and posts for all TAPPS activities.

 

To get started, please download the app from either Google Play or the App Store by clicking the Google Play or App Store button below.

Once you have downloaded the app:

  1. Click “Forgot Password”
  2. Enter your Email
  3. You will receive an email with an OTP (One-Time Password)
  4. Enter OTP to access your profile

Once the student completes their profile, their parent/guardian will receive the following email notification:

Hi [Parent Name],

[School] has you registered in the TAPPS TMS App as a parent.  For your student to be eligible to participate in fine arts or athletic activities, you will need to complete the eligibility action items shown in the App Dashboard.

These notifications will expedite the process of establishing the eligibility of your students. Please reach out to your families and tell them to look for tomorrow’s email notifications and to complete their profiles as soon as possible. The profiles must be complete with all fields filled out. Thank you to all of our member schools who have uploaded their students into our new system. If you have not yet uploaded your students into your school’s TMS profile, please take care of this as soon as possible. The notification push will not take place if your students have not been entered into TMS.
