STUDENT PHYSICALS AND MEDICAL HISTORY IN TMS
Athletic Directors,
As our member schools begin fall practices, scrimmages and games it is important to make sure that a current Medical History and Athletic Physical are on file at your school for each of your participants.
With the transition to the new TAPPS Management System, Physicals and Medical History no longer need to be uploaded into the TAPPS database. Instead, for each student participant, you will click the appropriate box that attests that your school has a current copy on file at your school.
