Administrators and Athletic Directors:
The TAPPS Passes for the 2024-25 school year have been mailed to all member schools to the attention of the Athletic Director. Please continue to honor the 2023-24 passes through September 20 to allow for delivery and distribution. Please make sure to follow the governance shown below at all contests hosted by your school including tournaments, non district games, district games and post season games.
TAPPS By-Laws – Event Passes
- The number of events passes each school receives will be determined by the Executive Board.
- The TAPPS card will admit the cardholder, spouse and minor children in their company free of charge.
- Passes issued from the following professional organizations will be honored for the cardholder only:
- TASO
- THSBOA
- THSADA
- THSCA
- TGCA
- TABC
- TSMCA
- CCAT
- TTFCA
- TTCA
- TISCA
- TETA
- TAVC
- THSBCA
- TSMCA
- These passes will be good for any TAPPS contest; including regular season, district, post district and tournaments hosted by TAPPS member schools.
- All TAPPS schools are required to honor the Official TAPPS Pass and the passes from the organizations listed above.
- Schools failing to honor a TAPPS Pass will be subject to sanctions by the TAPPS Executive Board.
- The coach of a team at a championship event will not need a pass; the coach’s spouse may use the coach’s pass for admittance.
- Students or minor children may not present the TAPPS Pass for admittance without the adult holder present.
