Auxiliary Groups at Football Games
Athletic Directors, Fine Art Directors and Band Directors:
As we approach the beginning of the football playoffs, we want to remind you that a big part of each game revolves around the performance of auxiliary groups. This includes bands, drumlines, cheerleaders, dance teams and other student groups under school supervision. Please review the guidelines for performance as outlined in the TAPPS By-Laws and shown below.
TAPPS follows the NCAA Football Rules for the current year. In addition, TAPPS By-Laws Section 158.XI outlines the performance guidelines for these groups. Please review the guidelines linked below.
