Objectives:

  1. Review structural and electrical cardiac problems that present in youth that can affect participation in exercise and competitive athletics
  2. Review current cardiac screening guidelines that help ensure safe participation in youth athletics
  3. Review current measures for identifying and treating cardiac issues that arise in relation to youth athletics

Cancellation and Refund Policy: 
Children’s Health Andrews Institute reserves the right to cancel this course due to insufficient enrollment. Students will be notified of cancellations within 7 business days of the course start date. If a course is cancelled for any reason, CHAI will return any prepaid registration fees. CHAI is not responsible for airline penalties related to the cancellation of an CHAI course. Please be aware of the airline restrictions regarding non-refundable airline tickets when purchasing an airline ticket.
