The webinar will discuss all things for the event from arrival to departure and everything in between.
Here are a few things that would be helpful for you to know before then.
The Varsity Groups will perform in the Mayborn Convention Center. You will be assigned a morning or afternoon time.
The Small ensembles and solos will perform in the Cultural Activities Center. You will be assigned a time that does not conflict with your varsity performance. The times for solos and smalls below are estimates as the deadline is not until tomorrow.

Regarding the floor surfaces.
At the Mayborn Convention Center for Varsity Performances the floor is polished concrete. The full court dimensions are 94 ft x 50 ft. We will have some marking on the floor and will have a diagram available for the webinar. The warm-up room is smaller, about a half court, but the surface is the same.

At the Cultural Activities Center for solos and small ensembles, the floors are wood. We will mark a center but the space is vast.
