Athletic Directors and Football Coaches:
Week 5 of the football season brings us closer to the halfway point in the regular season. The first four weeks produced great opportunities for our student athletes and all of the school stakeholders.
As we enter week 5, the competition and competitive drive will increase as we enter into the district seasons. Please take a few minutes to review the expectations of both your school and TAPPS with your school based “line to gain” crew. This line to gain crew is an integral part of the officiating crew even though the home school may be providing the individuals. The opportunity to demonstrate Competition with Honor is ever present for the chain crews as they occupy space on the opposing sideline and will be faced with situations which demand their attention to details of their duties.
