Thank you so very much for your patience this season with our new processes.
The Music Entry Instructions on the tapps.biz > Fine Art > Band, Orch, Vocal pages have been updated to include the Varsity Hype links to upload your video recordings and pdf scores.
1) You should have already received your Google Spreadsheet for your band, orchestra, and vocal entries. Please update any missing contact information on the Overview page. Reply if you have not received your sheet.
2) Varsity Hype links have been added to the Instructions page as well as the Read First page of your Google sheet. If you direct your band, orchestra, and choir, you will need to click the link for each of those events to associate each one with your VH profile. After clicking the link the 1st time, you can then just go to VarsityHype.com directly in the future and login to see each event.
3) Deadlines
- include entries on Google sheet
- upload video and music score pdf to Varsity Hype
