Fine Arts Directors, Drumline Program Directors, Band Program Directors

Good afternoon,

The Fall Band Championships will be here before you know it. Please make sure to have your rosters completed in RankOne. You will need separate rosters for Field Band, Marching Band and Drumline. Below are links to help you with adding programs, building rosters, building programs, and uploading your group photos. Deadline for entry information is Friday, October 14.

  • Adding Programs Tutorial

    • You must do a separate program for each competition (Field Band, Marching Band, Drumline)

  • Building a Fine Arts Roster Tutorial

    • If your school uses Jr High students please call the office and we can help you add them to your roster.

  • Program Builder Tutorial

    • When you build your program, use the Position column to designate your Drum Major or Captain.
    • In the Optional Program Footer, list your Directors and Music Selections with Composers.
  • Fine Art Photo Upload

    • Use the link to upload a photo for each group.

An invoice for printing can be found on each activity page.  Bring your check, made out to TAPPS, to the event, or you may request to be billed through QuickBooks ahead of the event.

Bush’s Chicken is providing pre-order lunches for this event.  Pre-orders are due by 6:00 PM on Sunday, October 23.
