As we continue preparations for the 2024-2025 school year, we want to provide you with an update on our new TAPPS Management System (TMS). This program will allow us to both manage our student and director eligibility as well as our TAPPS hosted events. We are converting to the TAPPS Management System database this year. We know the timing makes this change challenging and we appreciate your assistance and patience during this transition.

TMS will be used for all staff compliance, student eligibility, creating rosters and entries as the year continues. While several of the reporting and communication modules are still being developed, the basic functionality of TMS is active and available for our member schools to use. Please share the information in this email with all of your fine arts staff so they can set up their own accounts and become familiar with this system.

TMS Information and Guides

On this page we have included tutorials that will help you get started in the system. Included are guides to registering with TMS, editing your school profile, setting up your profile, and adding students.  As a reminder, students who only participate in fine art activities do not need a previous athletic participation form, transfer form, or approval from the previous school.
