Athletic Directors and Coaches:
We are making our final plans for team tennis next week as we look forward to seeing you in Waco. Please take a few moments to review the following information prior to the event.

Team Areas:
Please enter through the side gate and not the lobby, especially when bringing in team tents and coolers. Please set up team areas outside of the courts and not in between courts.
Concessions:
Dave’s Burger Barn and Zukes Tea Bar will be on site all three days of the tournament. In addition a limited snack bar is available in the clubhouse.
Order of Play:
Boys and Girls Doubles
Boys and Girls #1 / #2 Singles
Boys and Girls #3 / #4 Singles (Large Squad Only)
Mixed Doubles
Scoring:
Pool Play will use Prosets with ad scoring.
Bracket Play will use 2 out of three no ad with a superbreaker for the third.
Time Limits:
In order to be able to play and keep on schedule, a time limit is imposed to conclude the match. The score of any match on court once the time limit is reached shall be considered final. (three games to two etc.) We will see how many times this comes into play as matches are technically concluded once the majority is reached. If a victor is determined, the additional matches may be played as agreed upon by the two coaches until such time as the time limit is reached.
