As we continue into the summer, the development of the TAPPS Management System continues as well. We have received several questions concerning the process for submitting forms in TMS.
This year, all required TAPPS forms for the purpose of establishing student eligibility and coach’s compliance must be submitted through the new TAPPS Management System only. At this time, our TMS development team is finalizing those capabilities. When fully functional, we will notify all member schools along with complete instructions for performing these tasks in TMS.
TAPPS Eligibility Forms
These forms are those necessary to establish student eligibility as well as coach’s compliance to participate in TAPPS Activities throughout the year. These forms have changed for 2024-25 as outlined below.
- Coach / Student / Parent Acknowledgment of Rules form will be completed in TMS as the individual’s profile is completed in the system. Although this function is not yet available, we do anticipate it becoming active soon. We will send out a notification when coaches, parents and students can sign their Acknowledgement of Rules in TMS.
- The high school transfer student forms (Student Transfer Form and PAPF) are now both in a pdf format and may be downloaded from the TAPPS website. This coming year all high school students transferring to the school must complete both the STF and PAPF. At this time, these forms will be completed and emailed to [email protected]. Complete information about the transfer process may be found here:
- The Student Not Living With Parents form and International Student Application form may also be emailed to [email protected].
Eventually, all of these forms will be uploaded to the TAPPS Management System (TMS) for review and approval. Once again, we will notify all member schools when this module in TMS is functional.
Medical History and Athletic Physical
- The Student Medical History Form and Annual Physical Form are now both pdf forms and may be downloaded from Rank One or the TAPPS website. TAPPS no longer requires upload of the documents to TMS, the school administrator will however attest that the forms are on file at the school in the TMS System.
