Athletic Directors and Coaches:
THURSDAY NIGHT REGISTRATION:
Weather permitting we plan on being in the HEAT TENT at the stadium for registration. IF weather forces us inside, we will be in the press box or the area immediately north of the press box entrance. The maintenance building will be open to drop off implements. Registration and Implement Drop Off will be open from 5-7 pm.
WEATHER FORECAST:
The weather forecast for the weekend continues to change as we approach the meet. Please continue to review the forecasts provided by our partner Earth Networks. We will be in contact with our meteorologists throughout the weekend and monitor conditions throughout the meet. Many coaches have asked if the meet will be postponed or cancelled and at this time we are planning to hold the meet as scheduled and hold or amend as the weather dictates.
