Winter Sports Rank One Compliance
Athletic Directors and Basketball / Soccer Coaches:
The 2023-24 Basketball and Winter Soccer Seasons begin next Tuesday. The seasons are full of promise and the games await our teams. We need your help now and throughout the season to make sure your programs are compliant in Rank One.
Coaches Compliance
All Coaches (head coach and assistants) need to be listed in Rank One and will need to fill out the TAPPS Acknowledgement of Rules and complete the TEaMs Courses before they can begin their coaching assignments. This includes tryouts, practices, scrimmages and games.
Athletes Compliance
All students participating in any winter sport must be on the eligibility roster in Rank One regardless of level of competition (varsity or sub-varsity). In addition, they must be eligible (green) before competing in any contest (game or scrimmage).
Schedules and Scores
Complete Winter Schedules (including tournament games, non-district and district games) must be entered into Rank One and turned to PUBLIC. Enter all of your scores within 48 hours of the contest. The scores must be made PUBLIC as well. Please make sure to update your schedules in a timely fashion should games be canceled or rescheduled.
Failure to abide by any of the above may result in forfeiture of games and/or coaches being suspended. Our staff wants to celebrate the season and not hand out penalties. Please help us by keeping up to date all season long – your assistance in doing so is most appreciated.
